    The Role:

    This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the talent engine fueling a high-growth organization that is radically changing the biotech industry. As Moderna continues to grow, we need a seasoned Associate Talent Partner to rapidly build our early career programs for our Research and Development teams. These teams are highly technical and scientific and the ideal recruiter will partner closely with the business to ensure we are hiring the highest quality talent from world-class institutions. The recruiter will own the hiring for intern, co-op and point of Entry hires for a line of business. This role will bring proven best practices around university recruitment and sourcing from a wide variety of channels to support the scaling of the program.     Heres What Youll Do:

  • Support approximately 40 requisitions during the Fall and Spring recruiting seasons. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify required and preferred skills, establish expectations, and educate on the process. Provide regular updates and establish strong partnerships to ensure all positions are filled within the recruiting cycle.
  • Manage candidates through full lifecycle recruitment of co-op, internship and full-time roles, including participating in campus recruitment events, pre-screening candidates, managing candidate communications, and extending offers.
  • Cast the widest net possible to attract and engage the complete span of student talent in the market. This includes sourcing candidates via channels such as Handshake and run virtual & on-campus events & office hours with student clubs to showcase Moderna opportunities.
  • Build the target school strategy and develop relationships with Career Services and student organizations to brand Moderna as an employer of choice.
  • Support interns and co-ops while on program and facilitate the performance and conversion process in partnership with hiring managers and HR.
  • Additional duties as needed may be assigned from time to time Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years minimum experience of Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or University Admissions.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills (you are a tenacious hunter that turns over every rock and naturally builds talent networks)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills you are outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships daily Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in Eightfold, Workday, Handshake or similar applicant tracking technologies.
  • Experience building strategies to engage talent who are part of college/university associations and affinity organizations, professional organizations or who attend HBCUs and HSIs.
  • End to end event management experience.
