- Participate in the full development life cycle: requirements gathering, designing, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support for new integration requests and maintain existing integrations.
- Utilize Colleague APIs to update data from Colleague to Workday.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to establish standardized processes.
- Research event-log warnings, manage software installations, and prepare documentation for end users.
- Maintain internal databases for tracking inventory and service incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in computer systems, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of Workday integration experience, ideally Certified Workday Integration Pro.
- 5+ years of HRIS/IT experience, both domestic and global.
- Experience in coding with Java, C++, PHP, or Python.
- Background in tools like Studio, Eclipse, EIB/Report Writing, and Document Transformation.
- Prior exposure to Workday Web Service and Benefit Connector is advantageous.
