Oval Facility Manager for Children's Daycare (m/f/d)

AWO; Hans Scheiterbauer-Pulkkinen

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oval Facility Manager to oversee our children's daycare center.

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility, as well as managing a team of staff members.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the children's daycare center
  • Ensure the facility is wellmaintained and meets all safety and health standards
  • Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the best possible care for the children
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the facility
  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise from parents or staff members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facility management, preferably in a childcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in Oval and English is required
