- Retrieve samples from Frozen, Dry Mix and Wet Mix for testing
- Match up samples received against production records
- Retrieve any missing samples from inventory
- Document findings after weighing and measuring samples
- Thaw, proof, and bake/fry samples as per procedure
- Document finished baked measurements and results
- Re-test out of spec results as needed
- Monitor changes in frozen retention samples
- Test Dry Mix and Wet Mix samples
- Record testing results in computer program
- Enter all data into internal program
- Ensure accurate records and complete data entry
- Legible hand-written data
- Detail-oriented approach
- Prepare samples for Sales
- Support Sales presentations with customer samples
- Include necessary documentation for customers
- Deliver impressive presentations
- Handle customer returns
- Hold returned products until disposition decision
- Re-test returns and document condition
- Communicate re-test results
- Manage paperwork and signage for returned products
- Report daily testing overview
- Summarize daily testing and email reports
- Clean equipment and test lab
- Clean tools, equipment, and surroundings
- Dispose of garbage
- Turn off equipment
- Baking experience with exposure to various products
- Experience in food quality assurance testing
- Team player with ability to handle fast-paced environment
