  • Product Group Leader Plastics (m/f/d)

The assignment will initially be within the framework of temporary employment.

Your tasks (m/f/d):

- Leadership and development of employees, as well as support of employees in quality and production processes

- Participation in process optimization and quality improvement

- Contact person for the design, planning and quality teams

- Implementation and realization of cross-shift activities, as well as implementation of the production program according to schedule data

- Quality and key figure responsibility for product groups in the production area

- Initiation of quality-relevant measures in the product group

- Instruction and guidance of sorting activities

- Interface between production and production management

Your profile in the ***** area:

- Training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with subsequent further training as a master or technician

- Several years of professional experience in the field of plastics technology, quality management and process optimization

- Experience in personnel management

- PC skills (MS Office, SAP)

- Teamwork and flexibility, as well as independent action

- Very good knowledge of German required, knowledge of English
