Your Responsibilities
- You coordinate your team on an equal footing and promote team spirit
- Planning personnel deployment is part of your responsibilities
- You manage and organize internal processes, act customeroriented and also work handson
- An attractive product presentation and smooth checkout process are your top priorities
- You keep an eye on sales and cost development and develop measures for improvement
- After training, you will be entitled to a commission
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have already gained professional experience in retail, but career changers are also welcome
- You are independent, performanceoriented and responsible
- You share our enthusiasm for beverages and enjoy working with people
