Your Responsibilities

  • You coordinate your team on an equal footing and promote team spirit
  • Planning personnel deployment is part of your responsibilities
  • You manage and organize internal processes, act customeroriented and also work handson
  • An attractive product presentation and smooth checkout process are your top priorities
  • You keep an eye on sales and cost development and develop measures for improvement
  • After training, you will be entitled to a commission

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have already gained professional experience in retail, but career changers are also welcome
  • You are independent, performanceoriented and responsible
  • You share our enthusiasm for beverages and enjoy working with people
