We are looking for a motivated working student to support our marketing team in the area of community management in Williamsburg, KS. This position offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in the insurtech industry, contribute to revolutionizing the insurance industry, and take responsibility for the development and maintenance of our insurance brands' vibrant online community.


Responsibilities:


As a working student in community management, you will take on the following tasks:

  • Support in managing and interacting with our insurance brands' online community on various social media and review platforms.
  • Review and maintain written discussions, such as comments, responding to questions in messages and reviews, and creating a positive and informative environment for (potential) customers.
  • Close collaboration with our customer service team to be able to address customer concerns or inquiries from potential customers.
  • Evaluation of relevant user feedback for transparent communication on our websites and joint implementation with the content team.
  • Identification of trends, topics, and concerns within the community to pass on feedback and insights to the relevant departments or work on their implementation.
  • Support in creating community guidelines and managing usergenerated content.
  • Proactive participation in team projects, content creation, and process optimizations that can automate internal community management processes.

Qualifications / Requirements:
