    G3 Solar is currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative.

    As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our innovative solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial customers.

    • Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments provided by G3 Solar.
    • Serve as a knowledgeable representative of G3 Solar by becoming proficient in solar energy technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Identify and qualify prospective customers based on established criteria.
    • Close sales with qualified homeowners to meet individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct site assessments and develop customized proposals for potential clients.
    • Guide customers through the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in field sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time and work outside of a traditional office setting within assigned sales territory.
    • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including evening and Saturday appointments.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive conversations with customers and colleagues.
    • Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone for work-related purposes

    Compensation:
    $172,000 per year at plan
