    We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a Non-Profit in the Miami area. Someone with 3-5 years of experience to be the main point of contact in the office

    • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into our HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage the recruiting process, from interviewing, facilitating the hiring of new team members for open positions.
    • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
    • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
    • Maintain company organization charts, job descriptions, and employee directory.
    • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
    • Maintain HR systems and processes.
    • Ensure legal compliance with HR state & federal regulations, and applicable employment laws. Make updates to policies and procedures as required.
    • Responsible for the preparation of bi-monthly payroll in conjunction with the Senior Accountant.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in related field. SHRM / PHR Certification a plus.

    2. 5 years' experience in Human Resources Generalist role. Experience working for a non-profit a plus.

    3. Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices.

    4. Good working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor law regulations.

    5. Strong IT skills, including HRIS.

    6. Understanding of sourcing tolls, like resume databases and online communities.

    7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    8. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

    9. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
