KG (MIG Herford), since 2016 a company of the HiPP Group, is a medium-sized company in the food industry specializing in the production of baby food.

At the Herford location, over 200,000 kg of infant milk food are produced and filled daily. With currently around 600 employees, MIG Herford is one of the largest food manufacturers in the region.


Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)
The Herford location is looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Comprehensive consultation for the management and executives on all personnelrelated topics
  • Point of contact for all employees in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Responsible for all HR processes, including further development and optimization
  • Further development and implementation of key strategic HR areas
  • Trustful and constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Workforce planning and personnel controlling
  • Representation of the company in negotiations with collective bargaining partners
  • Active participation in groupwide HR topics

Our requirements:


  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on labor law or personnel management
  • Many years of experience in the HR field
  • Indepth knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
  • Independent and goaloriented way of working
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
  • Handson mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
