- Define the Client Group Market strategy and validate with key stakeholders
- Lead strategic account teams to manage and grow client relationships
- Drive sales and revenue while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction across direct and indirect channels
- Champion innovation and digital transformation within client accounts
- Engage and support development of high-performing people -both direct and indirect reports
- Secure new accounts and expand Avanade's presence within the sector
- Significant track record of building, positioning, selling, and delivering industry-centric use-cases and solutions
- Extensive technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, GTM creation, delivery, business management, and people management
- Keen understanding of industry changes and strategic thinking
- Strong business management experience with responsibility for complex multimillion-dollar portfolios of business
- Ability to effectively lead, team with, and influence peers in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects
- You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (engineering, data science, operations research, statistics, or related)
- 18+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, GTM creation, delivery, business management, and people management
- Business insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals
- Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Strategic Mindset: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
- Drives results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
