    Position Summary:
    MedInsight is seeking a

    Lead

    Product Manager

    to join our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build robust, engaging healthcare business intelligence products.

    We are looking for candidates who feel passionate about representing our clients' needs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to prioritization to day-to-day development and release management.

    The Lead Product Manager will serve as a bridge between our engineering teams, our go-to-market teams, and our clients to ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned on Product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

    The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have a high attention to detail, and have experience working with cross-functional teams from a variety of backgrounds.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    As a Lead Product Manager, this professional will leverage their expertise in healthcare data analytics and actuarial modeling to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our key suite of analytic products, such as the HCG Grouper and Global Relative Value Units (GlobalRVUs).

    They will be integral to all phases of the product development lifecycle and will work alongside the Product team to develop Big Data BI products for the healthcare industry.


    Key responsibilities of the role include:
    Serving as an expert in financial management and risk management utilizing claims-based data sets
    Defining and managing the creation and delivery of analytic healthcare reporting solutions
    Providing a deep understanding of our analytics products, how they are positioned within the marketplace, and how they measure up against our competitors
    Understanding and representing the voice of our users by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and feedback
    Prioritizing, scoping, defining requirements for product features and capabilities
    Managing the day-to-day operations of the teams building our products, including managing sprints and daily standups, facilitating communication across team members, and overseeing engineering to ensure that development aligns with requirements
    Facilitating our product releases, with a focus on quality assurance, risk mitigation, thorough documentation, and clear communication of release impacts
    Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, client support, sales, and executive leadership to ensure everyone is aligned on our product strategy and informed about key product initiatives
    Creating and maintaining product roadmaps alongside our Product Strategy and Product Leadership teams

    Requirements:
    5+ year of Product Management, Product Analyst, or similar relevant experience;
    Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data analytics, or other relevant subjects;
    Expertise in the US healthcare industry
    Experience with common claims-based analytic methodologies and reporting (e.g., evidence-based quality measures, member and physician attribution, HEDIS reporting, etc.)
    Ability to analyze user requests, define requirements, develop project plans, and report conclusions;
    Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse cross-functional team; and
    Ability to plan and manage concurrent projects, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision


    Preferred Skills:
    Familiarity with common analytics technologies (e.g., experience with Databricks, SQL, R, Python etc.)
    Experience working with large normative data sets and/or research databases
    Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
    Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure)

    Compensation and Location:


    The salary range is $120,000 to $243,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

    This role can be located remotely within the U.S.
