Summary:
Actively seeking a dynamic and experienced
Product and Program Strategy Lead
to join a highly competent team.
In this brand new role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product and program strategies around our client's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS (RF Smart) along with proven expertise in product and program management.

Responsibilities:
Lead WMS rollout, strategic roadmap creation, and system support across multiple manufacturing sites.
Stand up an entire program and product strategy from scratch
Define business requirements, prioritize product roadmap, and oversee system deployment.
Manage vendor partnerships, ensure system support, and facilitate successful WMS rollout.
Change Management - Must be able to rally a team, get a consensus, make sure everyone understands why they are doing what they are doing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and program management roles.
Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is required. Experience standing up a WMS program from scratch is highly desired.
3+ years of JDE experience (integration)
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product and program strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry is a plus.
