- Working with a team of specialists dedicated to one of our manufacturer partners to provide reimbursement support services.
- Have direct interaction with the manufacturer client to provide case statuses and updates.
- Debt Management Team-Call Center
- Quality Customer Service- Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
- Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of client products, policies and procedures.
- Captures and documents customer feedback.
- Receives, resolves, and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Interacts with other client staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems, particularly in Debt Management Services.
