Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers through direct sales (D2D), primarily in the private customer sector
  • Providing professional leadership to the sales team in a predefined service area
  • Consulting potential new customers on fiber optic products
  • Creating presentations for premium products in the "highspeed internet" or fiber optic sector
  • Acquiring customers at various stages of the project (pre, secondary, and postsales)
  • Planning resources within the team, in coordination with the team leader
  • Supporting the sales team through coaching and training
  • Responsibility for achieving key performance indicators in a defined sales area

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience and success in acquiring customers in field sales
  • Enjoyment of constantly making new customer contacts, as well as passion and enthusiasm for sales
  • High level of communication skills, resilience, and selforganization, as well as an affinity for telecommunications and telecommunications products
