The MFG-PRO Graduate Program in Kendallville, IN is designed to kickstart your international career in the Automotive Industry 4.0.By joining the program, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through various assignments in different locations across the Electrical Distribution Systems EMEA region.
MFG-PRO offers participants a diverse range of experiences in various functions within the manufacturing organization, such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, PC&L, Quality, SCM, Sales, Finance, and HR (depending on location).

As a participant in our Product Engineering Trainee Program, you will complete four six-month assignments, based in Neumarkt and München, to prepare you for a role as a Product Engineer for our OEM customer.

Who We Are Looking For (Basic Requirements):
- A recent graduate in an engineering discipline, such as manufacturing engineering or economical engineering.
- Passion for and previous internship experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willingness to relocate region
