We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our internal HR department at Fort Belvoir, VA.


Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with our managers, you will recruit employees for our competence center.
  • You will independently conduct preselection of candidates using common methods such as CV screenings, phone and video interviews.
  • Together with our colleagues, you will design modern and target grouporiented "state of the art" recruiting campaigns.
  • In close cooperation with the advertising department, you will find a targeted approach to reach potential candidates.
  • You will work with our HR project team to improve processes and systems along the employee life cycle.
  • Utilizing KPIs and reports will be a natural part of your daily tasks.

Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree or training in HR.
  • You have at least three to five years of professional experience in the HR field,
