Our quality is based on top-notch products and a motivated team. We are currently seeking a Purchasing Manager for our fuels (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. There is also the opportunity to advance to the position of Deputy Head of Purchasing & Tank Storage.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring cost and logisticsoptimized purchasing of fuels and renewable energy sources while adhering to operational and strategic company goals
  • Monitoring, negotiating, and enforcing supplier and carrier contracts
  • Developing and determining key performance indicators as a control element for purchasing
  • Supporting the commercial management of the Osnabrück tank storage facility and implementing price hedging instruments
  • Further development of inventory management tools
  • Developing improvement concepts for the ÖTAG tank storage facilities
  • Assisting in coordinating all storage and circulation activities
  • Monitoring EBV volume commitments at all ÖTAG tank storage facilities and quality control of stored products in collaboration with EBV
  • Accompanying the storage and withdrawal process for EBV at all ÖTAG tank storage facilities
