    Description

    JOHNLEONARD is working with a collaborative company to recruit a full-time Web Strategy Specialist for their collaborative and inclusive team. This remote role comes with an attractive salary of $70K-$90K plus a benefits package. To apply for this role, you must reside in one of these states: FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, or WI.

    The Web Strategy Specialist will be a key player responsible for developing and implementing strategies and optimizations to enhance the company's online presence. You will stay current with the latest digital trends and technologies and continuously utilize data-driven insights to optimize the company's digital footprint. During your first few weeks in this Web Strategy Specialist role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

    • Develop and implement web strategies
    • Create roadmaps aligned with the organization's goals and audience needs
    • Optimize digital performance
    • Use data analysis and insights to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in web design, SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge

The successful Web Strategy Specialist candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. You will also require:

    • Excellent understanding of UX design principles and user journeys
    • Proficient in HTML and/or web design, knowledge of digital marketing and organizational branding
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience as a content strategist or information architect
