The FWU Institute for Film and Image in Science and Education non-profit GmbH, is a company of the federal states.

We provide media services for the development and expansion of educational infrastructures in schools, at the state level, and across states.

This includes the development of web-based offerings and the distribution of digital educational media for teaching. We support the federal states in projects for the implementation of the Digital Pact for Schools. Another important business area is the production of curriculum-based media for school instruction. Each year, we realize approximately 60 new titles (interactive online media). We employ approximately 70 employees.
