Job Description:

  • Developing technical training programs according to company requirements
  • Creating training plans and agendas for trainings
  • Determining course content based on objectives
  • Preparing training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, webinars, etc. for groups and individuals
  • Preparing and conducting trainings for customers worldwide as needed
  • Observing and evaluating results from training programs
  • Reviewing overall effectiveness of programs and implementing improvements
  • Maintaining training equipment (e.g. sample materials, spare parts, maintenance)

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education, ideally with some experience in training
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques, tools for technical topics, and designing technical course content
  • Enjoyment in teaching complex technical knowledge
  • Team-oriented and cooperative personality
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Good English skills, additional language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to occasionally
