Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) in the greater Nuremberg area: Full-time

As a deputy store manager at OBI, you have a key role. You are the central link between the store team and management.

To ensure that our customers always find the desired products, you continuously optimize all processes related to merchandise flow in your OBI store.

Your responsibilities:

In the absence of the store manager, you are the first point of contact for customers and employees
Coordination of processes and standards
Implementation of attractive merchandising concepts and responsibility for appealing product presentation
Positive attitude, motivation, and development of the team

Your profile:

Professional experience as a manager in wholesale and retail, ideally in the DIY sector or a similar industry
Retail is in your blood and analyzing marketrelevant key figures brings you joy
You are motivated and always keep an eye on merchandise flow and other processes
Strong customer orientation, sales talent, and a high sense of responsibility
Enjoy leading and developing employees
