Description
We are currently seeking a motivated business management professional (m/f/d) to join our team at our company headquarters in Leipzig, Ardmore, IN.

Key Responsibilities:
As a senior business management employee, you will be responsible for the reception area
Your tasks will include:
- Organizing daily office operations and providing support to management in all business and organizational matters
- Welcoming and assisting employees, customers, and suppliers
- Placing orders and handling correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities, and institutions (e.g. health insurance companies, insurance companies, leasing companies)
- Invoicing in consultation with relevant departments
- Supporting the dispatch department in organizing, sales, and order processing
- Assisting the accounting department, particularly with payroll and salary processing, preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining personnel records
- Representing management as directed by management in individual cases

Requirements:
- Completed commercial training with a focus on office management or similar qualification
- Strong mathematical and logical understanding and proficient in all MS Office applications
- Language skills: German/English/Arabic (written and spoken) desirable
- Friendly, polite, and communicative, able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
