HRIT People has recently begun collaborating with a multinational manufacturing company located 30 minutes south of Stuttgart. We are currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager / SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner to lead the implementation and transformation of their HRIS system for 6,000 employees across 30 countries.

Responsibilities:

Implement, enhance, and develop SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with users and key stakeholders within the business
Work closely with HR teams to identify opportunities for improvement in current and future SuccessFactors modules and standardize processes
Plan and coordinate new projects and system adjustments based on global functional requirements from various departments
Provide support to the HR community for system functionality, mass uploads, and reporting
Manage configuration changes in the system, monitor and test change requests, and support the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, system updates, and user testing as needed

Requirements:

4-5+ years of experience working with HR information systems (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors)
University degree in Human Resources and/or Information Technology (or related field)
Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus
Strong project and process management skills
Ability to analyze and interpret HR and technology-related documents
