Description

We are seeking a candidate to take on the end-to-end responsibility for software products and service-specific tasks in Miami.

This includes implementing and managing the operational software lifecycle, coordinating and tracking software releases, and developing and improving services based on customer requirements and CSI measures.

The role also involves implementing project, customer, and stakeholder requirements, as well as coordinating and tracking incoming orders and managing procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in IT service management, and preferably be ITIL certified.

They should also have a strong understanding of software deployment on client-based systems and a holistic approach to service responsibility and delivery.

Other important qualities include decisiveness, a customer-oriented and proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and socially relevant tasks, ensuring the IT security and future viability of Germany.

You will also be involved in innovative digitalization projects and collaborate closely with manufacturers such as Cisco and Microsoft.
