Job Description
- As a member of the Holly Pond team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the clinic's residential buildings and parking spaces.
- You will also handle the administration of the locking systems, including key distribution, as well as managing the changing rooms and lockers and assigning access rights.
- In addition, you will be in charge of the clinic's signage and building labeling.
Qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the real estate industry, but more importantly, we value strong communication skills and a structured and independent work style.
- You are also proficient in English and have a good understanding of MS Office.
- You are known for your independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
