- Work closely with Project Managers to prepare client invoices
- Assist Project Managers with project reports and data to monitor project costs
- Support Project Managers with monitoring A/R and collection efforts
- Assist with processing company credit card transactions
- Support for processing vendor payments
- Support accounting team with other special projects as assigned
- Associate degree in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Able to plan and prioritize work efficiently
- Able to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

As HEI continues to expand its engineering services, we are looking to add a new team member to our Accounting Department. If you are an individual who likes variety in your daily job activities, values teamwork and enjoys helping others, this position may be right for you.
