    Description
    Spherion Staffing is now interviewing for an experienced Admin & Accounting Assistant to support the executive team. In this role you will process rental applications, lease renewals and send out monthly correspondence and marketing materials, assist with bookkeeping, invoicing and monthly reconciliation.

    Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
    Pay: $18-22/hour DOE
    Direct Hire Opportunity

    Responsibilities:
    -Process rental applications and lease renewals
    -Produce marketing materials
    -Misc. mailing/scanning and filing
    -Assist with Accounts Receivable
    -Process/send out late rent letters and monitor payment plans
    -Bookkeeping
    -Deposit & Record Rents
    -Digital Invoicing
    -Assist Monthly Reconciliation
    -Send Rent Letters
    -Monitor Payment Plans
    -Collections Account Setup

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Qualifications:
    -Minimum of 1 year prior experience in an administrative role, preferably with accounting support functions
    -Must be proficient with Google Suite
    -Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
    -Must be professional and have excellent attention to detail
