    Description
    Join our team as an Associate Scientist with at least 1 year of experience

    Requirements

    A Chemistry degree or Associates Degree with relevant industrial experience is a must.
    Experience in formulating consumer packaged goods is a valuable asset.
    Proficiency in detergents chemistry and familiarity with standard methods for product development are advantageous.
    Ability to conduct research experiments and tests efficiently, including setting up and operating apparatus and equipment.
    Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases are necessary.
    Excellent communication skills are vital for collaborating in multi-functional project teams and engaging with consumers and external partners.

    Responsibilities


    Experimental Design and Prototyping:
    Develop experimental designs and work plans to create prototype products that align with performance metrics.
    Review data, provide preliminary interpretations, and draw conclusions from findings.

    Problem-Solving And Testing

    Report progress and issues in a timely manner.
    Contribute to problem-solving by developing or modifying test procedures.
    Conduct standard and non-standard chemical, physical, or application tests to gather data for evaluating product composition and performance.

    Support And Collaboration

    Assist in lab demonstrations for training programs and customer visits alongside department staff members.
