Description
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Wash kitchen dishes, equipment, and utensils
  • Removes trash from within the restaurant area and disposes in appropriate container
  • Sweeps and mops restaurant floors
  • Cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries
  • Assist intake and stocking of vendor deliveries
  • Keeping the Manager informed of all property faults
  • Sweeps and vacuums carpets and floor mats
  • Polishes all brass items using designated cleaning agent and equipment
  • Picks up and disposes in dumpster all trash from the parking lot and landscape area
  • Assisting other employees as needed
  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Be able to work in loud environment for long periods of time.
  • Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
  • Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Dressed and ready to work 10 minutes before shift begins.
