Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Maintenance Technician at West Coast Aerospace located in Wilmington, CA. The Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and repairing machines as needed. The technician will also be responsible for general industrial maintenance duties.

Qualifications

Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills
Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance skills
Experience in machine maintenance and repair
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and control skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Aptitude for critical decision-making and effective problem-solving.
