    Please note:

    This role requires individuals to be within driving distance from our office locations or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Kansas City or Philadelphia.

    The Technical ProjectManagerIII is responsible for the overall management and administration of client projectsthroughthe entire cycle.
    May have other project managers assigned to their project.
    Execute assigned projects to agreed time, scope, budget and quality following established process and delivery methodology. May guide teams consisting of cross functional, global, and virtual groups; assigns responsibilityand monitors performance andoutcome.
    Responsibilities

    Understand client goals, scope and expectations; articulate to team projectpurpose
    Establish a project schedule and manage to scope andbudget
    Follow and execute uponestablishedcommunicationplan
    Provide meeting agendas, meeting notes and status/progressreports
    Manage assigned work and resources; coordinate efforts with assignedPM'sto ensure efficiency and maximumeffectiveness
    Managecommunications within project team and withstakeholder
    Monitor Progress and burn rates as a method for tracking and reportingprogress
    Proactively identify risks and issues and clearly articulate options or next steps
    Continually drive project to completion while keeping client business goals and needs infocus
    Motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities ina deadline-orientedenvironment
    Assist with the development and creation of statements of work to support growth ofproject
    Coach and mentor other project managers
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field
    5+ years technical project management experience
    5+ years of experience working with technical teams
    3+ years in professional services industry
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includesnegotiation and conflict resolution)
    Strong analytical and organization skills
    Willingness to Travel Up to 10% if needed onsite at client
