The ivv GmbH is the full-service IT service provider for public insurance companies in Lower Saxony, Bremen, and Saxony-Anhalt. We provide modern IT services to various locations and offer a secure workplace with many opportunities.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and qualified System Administrator for our portal and editorial system (m/f/d) to join our team in Rosendale, WI.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the ivv portal and editorial system, as well as those of our four client companies.
  • You will maintain close contact with the relevant stakeholders within the company, coordinate requirements with them, and, if necessary, involve external service providers in their implementation.
  • You will provide 2nd level support for the editors of the employee portals within the company and train them in the use of the portal and editorial system.
  • You will coordinate the publication of content for the employee portal and social media channels of the ivv and support authors in creating new posts.

Your profile:


  • You have completed an IT apprenticeship, for example as an IT specialist, or have a degree in computer science, or have experience in managing similar technical systems.
  • You are willing to take on the responsibility for an interesting application system, even for entrylevel positions, and are willing to familiarize yourself with the functionality and operation of a portal and editorial system.
