Your responsibilities:


  • Taking on responsibility for Safaric Consulting's recruiting activities
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of our longterm employer branding and recruiting strategy
  • Planning, organizing, and preparing our "Meet, Drink & Connect" events for students
  • Coordinating and preparing Safaric Consulting's participation in recruiting fairs and other events
  • Managing the company's presence on social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Administering job postings (website and external portals)
  • Assisting with active sourcing of top candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Coordinating the application processes for new employees
