- Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
- Preparing worksite zones, installing traffic barricades, cones, markers, and controlling traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
- Operate a variety of equipment, which includes, jackhammers, plate tampers, concrete mortar/mixers, electric/hydraulic machines, torches, seal pots, chainsaw/quickie saws, heavy walk behind flat saws, drills, and power tools.
- Assist in jackhammering concrete and pouring concrete.
- Caring for company tools/equipment/machines.
- Keeps job site clean of all unused/waste materials and ensures all equipment is stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Monitor batching, mixing, and delivery operations to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Perform various concrete tests according to ACI and project specifications, including but not limited to slump tests, air content tests, compressive strength tests, and temperature monitoring.
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and production data.
- Identify and address any issues related to concrete quality or production processes promptly.
- Stay informed about new technologies and methodologies in concrete production and testing.
- Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
