We are looking for a Senior Associate (m/f/d) as Counsel or Salary Partner (m/f/d) in the field of labor law for a law firm in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

You advise clients on all matters related to labor law
You lead a small team of labor law experts (m/f/d), maintain it and are happy to take care of the team's further development
You acquire new clients and projects for existing clients, especially in Scandinavia
You coordinate marketing plans with a focus on the Nordic region

Qualifications:

You have already gained proven professional experience in labor law
You have completed your state exams with at least a satisfactory grade
A specialist lawyer title in labor law and first leadership experience are advantageous
You are interested in international mandates, especially in Scandinavia
You enjoy working in a team and identify with the True Partnership concept, which, for example, distributes profits equally among all partners
