Job Description

Your Responsibilities:


As an inside sales representative, you will support our outside sales team in servicing and maintaining our national and international existing and new customers.

Your tasks will include receiving and processing customer inquiries and orders, creating and tracking quotes, and maintaining our master data in the ERP system.

You will also coordinate delivery dates and communicate with our order processing and logistics department.

You will acquire new customers for long-term partnerships and continuously expand business relationships with our existing and regular customers.

With great dedication and passion, you will always strive to find the solution that provides the greatest benefit to our customers.

Building long-term and strategically valuable relationships based on trust and fairness is always the focus of your work. You work independently and take initiative in organizing your own schedule.


Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in inside sales or a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
