We are currently looking for you as a Project Manager for Crossings (m/f/d) for the major project VDE 8.1 Expansion Route Nuremberg - Bamberg of DB Netz AG at the Nuremberg location.


Your tasks:

  • As a Project Manager for Crossings, you ensure the measures for thirdparty lines (e.g. gas, electricity, water, telecommunications) that arise in connection with the implementation of construction projects.
  • You support the project in legal matters regarding planning, implementation, and financing.
  • In addition to developing or reviewing agreements and amendments to thirdparty lines, you conduct an inventory of existing crossings.
  • You are responsible for the timely and highquality implementation of all matters related to crossings for DB Netz AG.
  • You support and advise our project sections in the correct application of legal and contractual regulations regarding crossings.
  • You keep an eye on all planning agreements for crossings and are responsible for monitoring.
  • You review design and approval plans as well as tender documents for crossings.
