Support in building and developing our customer relationships (including acquiring new customers) in the Away-from-Home sector (e.g. kiosks, gas stations, snack bars, bakeries)
Management and responsibility for your own AFH customer base, where you showcase our products perfectly
Consulting with customers to generate joint growth through various sales measures and individual potential development
Ensuring broad distribution and optimal product presence in outlets
Independent analysis based on defined KPIs to track the success and development of your customers
Implementation of sales strategies and concepts in your region
Professional experience in a similar position (e.g. field sales in retail or AFH) is advantageous, but we also welcome career changers
Solution-oriented and authentic personality with strong sales skills
Hands-on mentality and excellent self-organization
Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel within your territory %)
