- Sales Administration
- Reviewing deal submissions from Reps to confirm pricing is correct.
- Supporting sales department with other administrative duties.
- Setting up newly hired reps with logins for various software.
- Assisting Rep's with request for proposal process.
- Attending sales and department head meetings.
- Collaborating with operations/sales order teams to identify process issues.
- Providing support to sales representatives.
- Processing lease returns.
- CRM Administration
- Verify new customer records are set up correctly.
- Update lease portfolios.
- Pricing Updates (as needed).
- Entering new items.
- Updating internal agreements.
- Account assignment.
- Pricing/Commissions
- Reviewing deals to ensure appropriate commissions are calculated.
- Updating monthly manufacturer promotions/rebates.
- Reviewing and processing pricing requests from sales representatives.
- Data Administration, including pricing updates, verifying customer information, updating changes, reviewing lease rates.
- Processing bonus reports.
- Assisting Rep's with RFP processes.
