    A leading Builder is in search of an accomplished and motivated Vice President of Sales to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will take charge of divisional sales staffing, training, and administration, ensuring adherence to sales procedures and Department of Real Estate regulations.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the Division Sales Department
    • Collaborate closely with the Division President to address and manage all sales-related items.
    • Implement sales goals and training programs to meet division objectives.
    • Employ digital processes effectively to secure leads and drive sales initiatives forward.
    • Assist and guide New Home Consultants with sales techniques to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that New Home Consultants coordinate effectively with other field and office associates to facilitate timely closings and ensure homeowner satisfaction.
    • Support the Escrow Coordinator with escrow tracking and issuance of sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Review and monitor New Home Consultant paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with DRE guidelines.
    • Initiate, oversee, and monitor buyer disclosures such as Public Offering Statements (POS) and CC&Rs for each community.
    • Assist the Division President with updates on market conditions, competition, and recommendations for advertising or incentive promotions.
    • Coordinate activities with escrow companies and mortgage lenders as necessary.
    • Attend and assist in coordinating special promotional events for communities as directed by the Division President.
    • Conduct sales meetings and escrow update meetings involving New Home Consultants.
    • Assist in problem-solving escrow and closing issues between all involved parties.
    • Keep management informed of changes, potential problems, and outstanding issues of concern on a continual basis.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years' experience in residential sales, sales management, or real estate-related industries.
    • A college degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, along with Salesforce or other sales support systems.
    • Valid Department of Real Estate License – salesperson or broker.
    • Comply with and implement company policies and procedures, while maintaining a strong work ethic and accepting constructive feedback.
