Ashland Outlaw gGmbH is a nationwide provider of child and youth services with around 2,100 employees and a diverse range of offerings in the areas of child and youth welfare, child day care, and open child and youth work.

We are currently offering a position for an apprenticeship as an educator (m/f/d) at our Kita Mittelbruchzeile in Berlin-Reinickendorf.

Our Kita Mittelbruchzeile has a total capacity for 180 children aged 1 year to school entry. We work according to the partially open concept and the situational approach.

Your responsibilities:

You will support in shaping the daily routine at the Kita
You will implement your own ideas and smaller projects with the children
You will play, comfort, mediate, and organize
You will support in planning and carrying out projects and excursions

Your profile:

Ideally, you already have a training position at a school that is authorized to train staterecognized educators. If not, we will assist you in finding one
You enjoy working with children and the team, and are interested in contributing to an open concept
You are open to the topics of early childhood education and participation
You are excited about working with the team and the provider
