We are a family practice with two treating dentists where collegiality and teamwork are highly valued. We cover the entire spectrum of dentistry. Our work is fully digital, using state-of-the-art dental technology and applications such as digital anamnesis. We offer flexible working hours, both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for our new and existing patients

Telephone and in-person appointment scheduling and patient communication

Responsible for patient management using our practice software

Independent organization and scheduling of follow-up appointments (recall system)

Scheduling of treatment and cost plans

Supportive organization and coordination of practice processes

Continuous optimization of practice processes

Contact person for practice staff, dental management, and external contacts


Qualifications:
Structured, organized, and self-responsible work style

Relevant work experience at the reception, as well as in the dental field (desirable)

Friendly demeanor and professional communication with patients

Ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations

Sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills

Strong communication skills and a friendly and empathetic demeanor

Good computer skills
