Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to support our human resources team in
Lisbon, ME

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing a fixed team of employees in all personnel matters
  • Creating contracts and other personnelrelated documents
  • Point of contact for payroll and monthly salary processing with Datev
  • Maintaining master data and personnel files
  • Corresponding with employees for any questions
  • Reporting and certification management
  • Creating evaluations and analyses

We are looking for an experienced employee (m/f/d) with:

  • Commercial vocational training and further education as a personnel specialist or personnel officer or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law as well as labor law
  • Knowledge of standard software (Excel/Word)
  • Strong communication skills, high social competence, and teamwork
  • Independent work style
  • Commitment and reliability
You will work in a
friendly small team with
fast communication channels. If you have any questions about your tasks, your colleagues will be happy to help.


Attention There will be an
intensive training phase in Heilbronn, after which the workplace will be in
Mosbach.
