If you are passionate about helping users troubleshoot hardware and software issues and implementing innovative solutions, then this position may be perfect for you.

In this role, you will support our team by:

  • Handling hardware and application support requests and issues
  • Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connection and workstation hardware/software problems
  • Resolving issues with consumer hardware, BIOS, drivers, operating systems, and FedEx software
  • Installing printer drivers, IP printing/cloud printing
  • Setting up and migrating OneDrive with OneNote cloud sharing
  • Troubleshooting encryption, password, and Windows/Mac LAN/WAN connection issues
  • Providing support for video conferencing equipment
  • Taking ownership of requests
  • Escalating issues and involving experts
  • Supporting mobile devices
  • Setting up and troubleshooting Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, MacMini)

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Desired degree: Degree in computer science, information
