    Senior Manager / Director Integrated Marketing Manager


    SUMMARY
    It is an exciting time to join Highline Warren

    We are the leading national manufacturer and distributor of consumable and maintenance products for the automotive aftermarket. The company was formed through the strategic combination of Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution in 2020.

    We are looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Integrated Marketing to join our growing marketing organization.

    Because this is a new function to our organization, this leader will have the opportunity to build and transform the way we generate demand, drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth through comprehensive marketing campaigns.

    KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
    To Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.


    • Lead team of marketers focused on channel marketing, events & tradeshows, and campaign management
    • Establish annual marketing plans to generate demand, drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth across various touchpoints
    • Develop Account Based Marketing strategies for lead generation, nurturing and conversion to contribute to revenue objectives
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and category management, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
    • Collaborate with internal designers and external agencies to develop compelling campaign content for a consistent brand experience, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels
    • Validate attribution of marketing efforts across channels as key input into Integrated Business Planning
    • Collaborate with sales to establish best-in-class tools to optimize selling process
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity, applying this knowledge to campaign strategies
    • Develop and implement campaign measurement plan, with A/B testing, continuous optimization and incrementality
    • Act as people leader and doer, building the integrated marketing capability in a disciplined and strategic way
    • Recommend new tactics to test & learn
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    An individual qualified for this job must be able to:


    • Extensive experience leading teams
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign and project deadlines simultaneously
    • Proficiency in content management systems, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
    • Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
    • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, email marketing & social media best practices
    • Experience with Account Based Marketing and relevant software
    • Trade show and event planning, execution, and optimization
    • B2B and B2C marketing tactics
    • CRM experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
    An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience (8+ years) in integrated marketing, campaign management, or a related role, with a track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Certified in Google AdWords
    • Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry marketing is a plus
