    Senior Manager – Accounting Advisory / Technical Accounting

As a Manager-level financial consultant, you will lead project teams, engage with clients and their Big 4 auditors, handle report writing, nurture client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

    Expectations in this role:

    • Collaborate with clients' senior management to resolve intricate accounting issues and formulate solutions.
    • Oversee Consultants' work on operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs.
    • Review Consultants' submissions of financial and regulatory information compliant with SEC standards.
    • Conduct research and documentation projects on evolving accounting standards.
    • Lead process enhancement initiatives and drive implementation of changes.
    • Guide and support Consultants, offering innovative solutions to enrich their professional development.
    • Contribute to recruitment, client relationship building, and business expansion activities.

    Qualifications we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting – CPA or MBA plus substantial accounting experience considered.
    • 3 to 8 years' experience in public or industry accounting/finance.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at blending into teams seamlessly.
    • Solid technical expertise and proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
    • Proactive in identifying client requirements and adept at fostering strong client relationships.
    • Highly organized with the ability to set clear engagement expectations and direction.
    • Effective analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, ethical, and reliable.
    • Highly energetic with a focus on delivering quality client service and resolving conflicts positively.
