    Job Title: Manager Trainee at our Distribution Center

    Position Summary:

    As a Manager Trainee, you will closely work with Department Management to understand each department's functions and its contribution to the Distribution Center's success.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead Team Members in your area
    • Ensure efficient receipt and shipment of products
    • Maintain cleanliness, order, and good repair of all areas
    • Use equipment effectively to fulfill orders
    • Enforce safety policies, maintain training, and ensure well-guarded equipment
    • Document safety training and maintenance
    • Communicate openly with Team Members about safety matters
    • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to achieve objectives
    • Suggest innovative ideas for process improvement

    Position Requirements:

    • Degree in Business or related field like Operations Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred
    • Clear and accurate writing and speaking skills
    • Establish and maintain effective work relationships
    • Tactful interaction with guests and Team Members
    • Analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership qualities
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Innovative mindset
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
