We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems and file transfer technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical

support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Linux operating systems and file transfer protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of support tools and resources.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support roles, with a focus on Linux systems.
Proficiency in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and system administration.
Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols\
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
Familiarity with network protocols and security principles.
Previous experience in a senior or lead technical support role.
