The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in the finance department.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and tax laws, as well as controlling and recording business transactions, reconciling accounts, and creating reports.

You will work independently and meticulously using DATEV and Excel, and have a good understanding of our financial processes.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and tax laws
  • Controlling and recording business transactions, such as invoices, payments, cash transactions, etc.
  • Reconciliation of accounts, such as debtors, creditors, banks, assets, etc.
  • Creation of reports, such as VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, statistics, etc.
  • Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Support in optimizing financial processes and systems
  • Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters
Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in accounting at a company or tax consulting firm
  • Independent, structured, and accurate working style
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and customer orientation
